プロフィール

日本大学文理学部、オーストラリアサンシャインコースト大学理学部卒業後、高知大学大学院医学系研究科修士課程・博士課程を修了しました。博士課程在学中には、オーストラリアボンド大学医学部生理学教室に留学しました。博士課程修了後は、高知大学短期研究員、高知大学教育研究部医療学系 助教を経て、平成27年4月より本学獣医学部・講師に着任しました。

研究テーマには、ファージ(細菌ウイルス)の溶菌活性を利用した細菌感染症治療法(ファージ療法)の研究開発やファージを利用した細菌検出法などの応用研究を行っています。また、「イヌの常在細菌叢の研究」や「イヌのバイオバンク研究」を行っています。
